こんな時間に&Rice取材班がやってきたのは、堺あなご専門店『松井泉』の本社工場です。
深夜だからといって、泥棒に入るわけではありません。松井泉の工場が動き出すのは早朝だからなのです。工場にお邪魔すると沢山の職人さんたちが忙しそうに作業をしています。なぜ早朝のお仕事なのか? その謎を解き明かすべく、取材開始です。
It is 2 am in the midnight. We visited the main plant of MATSUI-IZUMI located in Sakai city, which is famous for grilled conger eel products. When we arrived there, a group of experts had already begun working. Why they start to work so early in the morning? Let’s take a look their work.
